For account access, billing, wallet, safety, creator verification, payout, or moderation questions, contact support from the signed-in dashboard safety/support tools when available or email support@fantychat.com.

For billing or payout questions, include the relevant order, wallet, payout, creator, model, or chat id when available so the owner team can review the ledger and audit trail.

Include the account email, role, approximate time, affected chat/user/model/order/payout id if available, screenshots when relevant, and a concise description of what happened.

Urgent safety reports should be submitted through the in-app report flow first so the moderation case links directly to the relevant user, creator, message, media, call, gift, or payout record.
